Brad Pitt’s Black & White Portraits of Angelina Jolie

I find it very Interesting how celebrities also have a passion for photography.

Brad Pitt is a photography enthusiast who was commissioned by W Magazine a few years ago to capture Angelina Jolie from a different angle.

He shot everything in Kodak Tech Pan Film, a very rare film that hasn’t been made for years.

The photos are lovely. I think they show a softness of Angelina that we don’t normally see  ~  very appropriate for this month.

Let’s talk… self esteem

Our Genre can experience a challenging time recognizing the need for self love. I love this video is a great example of how self esteem plays an impact on our lives.

I think every woman from 10-100 should watch this video. It should be shown in schools, churches,… anywhere and everywhere!   We all need to learn to see the REAL ourselves and just be the beautiful person God created!

As a Woman I think that every Woman should have a Beautiful Glamour Portrait no matter your age, your weight, your size.   Glamour  Sessions are so much more than just a photo shoot… A portrait session can help you to rediscover your true beauty, it’s a journey, improves  self esteem and body image, It really,  really can help you to discover that you’re more beautiful than you think.  Please take a chance on learning to love yourself, give yourself more reasons to be happy about who you are.

stay beautiful

The Iron Lady

Spring?

“A Robin said: The Spring will never come,
And I shall never care to build again.
A Rosebush said: These frosts are wearisome,
My sap will never stir for sun or rain.
The half Moon said: These nights are fogged and slow,
I neither care to wax nor care to wane.
The Ocean said: I thirst from long ago,
Because earth’s rivers cannot fill the main. —
When Springtime came, red Robin built a nest,
And trilled a lover’s song in sheer delight.
Grey hoarfrost vanished, and the Rose with might
Clothed her in leaves and buds of crimson core.
The dim Moon brightened. Ocean sunned his crest,
Dimpled his blue, yet thirsted evermore.”

Love is in the air… and the snow too

Hello everyone! It was another chilly, snowy day here in Indiana. I started to hate the cold (10 F feels like -4 F !!!), but we want to celebrate the gorgeous white of winter.  My hubby and I braved the cold for a mini shoot. I love this one I have to share here. February is our month, when we started dating  just a few years ago, so glad I met him, and dated him and married him.

BC Survivor Portrait Session

I was so nervous for my First Survivor Portrait session, I didn’t know if women would come, if they would like it, if they enjoy the session… But for me … I loved it and so did the women who came, it’s really been a great experience.  I do believe that it’s vital to remind ourselves who we are and that we’re beautiful inside and outside; regardless of age, regardless of illness, regardless of convenience. That it’s what Survivor Portriat It’s all about,  It’s to arm all those brave warriors who have or have had cancer with the one thing that proves elusive to all women: self confidence.  It’s wasn’t about flattery, It’s about empowerment.

Thank you to all Beautiful Survivors that participate in this project: Rochelle, Mary Jo, Sara and Rakesha,  thank you for your confidence, for sharing your story,  from the bottom of my heart, thank you and Stay Beautiful!

Survivor Portrait Session ~ breast cancer education and awareness.

I believe that is too sad that some people has to pass throughout a challenges like a disease, but I firmly believe that in disease is where you really get to know the people with whom you can count. I’ve always believed everything happens for a reason and everything that happens to us is an opportunity to make us grow and mature.
“We have little control over the things that life throws at us but we always have the choice of how we face them”

This is the first year of my Survivor Portrait Project. I feel great having started this chapter in my life, that it allowed me to meet wonderful Women as Rochelle who does not give up by adversity. With a beautiful smile Rochelle says “I’m blessed to have my life”, after battling cancer she learns to enjoy every moment with her beautiful family and closest friends, Rochelle is so fortunate to be a mother of one beautiful girl and a handsome boy and she counts with their invaluable love, her parents and friends had been a wonderful support for her at this stage of her life.
